1. INTRODUCTION

STNDOUT ("we," "our," "us"), operated by 9570-1645 Québec inc., a Quebec company, is a platform that

lets athletes share their highlights and be discovered by recruiters, coaches, and agents. This privacy

policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our

app. As a Quebec company, we comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information

in the private sector ("Law 25") and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create your account, we collect: first and last name, username, email address, date of birth,

country, sport and level, profile photo (optional), bio (optional), as well as the videos, photos, and

highlights you upload.

If you register as a recruiter, coach, or agent (a "professional" account), we also collect the

information needed for your verification — in particular a government-issued ID and a selfie used for

identity verification (see section 6) — as well as any professional link you provide.

As you use the app, we automatically collect: your content and notification preferences, your

interaction data (likes, comments, views), the reports you submit, and the device token used to deliver

push notifications.
